NSA simply means no strings attached. It's a short way of saying "I want to have sex without all of the messiness that comes with dating."
In my experience, NSA really means "I'm rude and disrespectful but still want to get my dick wet." There is nothing wrong with NSA sex, but too often people use it as permission to be jerks.
